Jeff came to Norwood through his education at Xavier University in 2006. After graduating he lived and worked on campus. He worked with student housing and commuter students and is well-aware of the good and the bad of having a college campus in our community.
Jeff married his wife, Angela, at Vineyard Central in the old St. Elizabeth building in 2012. They purchased their home, on Indian Mound Ave, the same year. In 2016 their daughter, Audrey, joined the family.
Prior to the pandemic, Jeff worked at NKU as a full time instructor in the Organizational Leadership program. Post-pandemic, he teaches part-time for NKU's MBA program. Jeff's pandemic pivot created Red 5 Coffee LTD, a small coffee roasting side-hustle which now has a brick and mortar storefront on Robertson Ave.
You may have seen Jeff around town in Trailer Joe. This is where Red 5 really got it's start. Jeff sold Norwood's best coffee beans while hustling coffee drinks for tips. While parked daily in Surrey Square Jeff got to meet a little bit of everyone that Norwood has to offer; our teachers, policeman, residents, and our homeless population. It was these days where Jeff found his passion to get involved and make our community even better. After the isolation of the pandemic, Norwood's community burst back to life. His life began to revolve entirely around Norwood, going week's without leaving Norwood city limits.
Jeff enjoys living in the Cincinnati area with all the amenities and opportunities it provides. Norwood is his home. It's the longest he has ever lived in one city during his life. Norwood is the center of Cincinnati and is the best place to live in the region. This little town has the biggest community and Jeff is committed to being a positive and productive member of our great city.
